The City of Grants Pass has given generously as the festival’s largest sponsor. The city also owns the 200+ acre property where the festival will take place. The funds contributed by the city were earmarked for tourism-related activities, and could only be spent for that use. Rotary is a service organization whose members provide community service to local and international communities. The Greater Grants Pass Rotary is the founding and managing entity of the balloon festival. The club meets Friday mornings at 7 a.m. at the Taprock Northwest Grill to conduct club business, hear from guest speakers and work on projects.

Idea Distillery is a consortium of creative individuals from all areas of business who work together to develop events, businesses and products designed to make the community—and the world—a better place to live. The Idea Distillery has been instrumental in organizing the entire festival. Contributors include Moving Mountains Advisors, Thither & Yon Design, Novum Visuals, and AVA Virtual Assistance.
Fort Vannoy Farms, known across the region for their successful Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival, brings their “agritainment” expertise to the Balloon Festival, as the tenant of the festival property and an experienced event planner.
